SalesPulse is an AI-powered sales training and simulation platform that provides artificially generated voice and text-based sales roleplay scenarios, feedback, analytics, and performance insights.

Simulations & Feedback

All interactions, simulations, feedback, and evaluations provided by SalesPulse are:

  • Generated by artificial intelligence
  • Simulations, not real buyers or real humans
  • Intended for training and educational purposes only

No Guarantees

SalesPulse does not guarantee:

  • Increased sales
  • Improved performance
  • Revenue growth
  • Real-world outcomes of any kind

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

4. AI & Simulation Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unrealistic
  • Simulated buyers do not represent real individuals or companies
  • Feedback and scoring are subjective algorithmic assessments, not professional evaluations
  • You should not rely on SalesPulse as your sole source of decision-making in real-world sales situations

The Company assumes no responsibility for actions taken based on outputs generated by the Service.

5. Voice Recording, Transcripts, and Data Consent

By using SalesPulse, you expressly consent to:

  • Recording of voice interactions
  • Storage of call audio, transcripts, and metadata
  • Analysis of conversations for training, feedback, analytics, and product improvement

You understand that recordings and transcripts may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to deliver the Service.

6. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity occurring under your account
  • Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
  • Upload abusive, harmful, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
  • Use SalesPulse to impersonate real individuals or companies

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, AI logic, user interface, branding, and content, are owned exclusively by KanaiLLC Solutions, LLC.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. However, by using SalesPulse, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze such content solely to operate and improve the Service.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

SalesPulse is offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • All fees are charged in advance
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • Pricing may change at the Company’s discretion
  • Failure to cancel before renewal results in continued billing

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Unused time
  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

No exceptions are made except where required by law.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the Service
  • Your behavior poses legal, security, or reputational risk to the Company

Upon termination, your access to the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
  • KanaiLLC Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KanaiLLC Solutions, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of AI-generated outputs

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KanaiLLC Solutions, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
